4th meeting of SO-VET Project was organized on 25-26th April 2018 in Istanbul, Turkey.
External monitoring and evaluation, dissemination and intellectual outputs were the main topics of the meeting.
First day, external monitoring and evaluation progress was discussed in order to maintain coordination between partners to ensure alignment with the quality assessment plan. Then dissemination and finalization of multiplier events to be carried by all partners were planned and agreed for each partner to find a way to disseminate the project information in their respective country, in order to achieve high visibility.
Second day of the meeting, Guideline for the Integration of the Curriculum in Existing National VET Programmes (IO3) was presented. Partners agreed on some updates on the Curriculum for Unemployed Youth to Identify, Develop and Enhance Their Soft Skills (IO2) and Guideline for the Integration of the Curriculum in Existing National VET Programmes (IO3) like additional useful reading materials by eliminating extra unnecessary information. Online learning platform (IO4) was also evaluated in terms of certification procedures during the meeting.
Finally, Memorandum of Understanding (IO5) will be decided to be finalized and discussed by the end of May. It will be a document describing the agreement between all relevant groups and will outline planned actions in terms of the promotion and institutionalization of the European curriculum for social entrepreneurship for NEETs.
