Innovation strategy and roadmap consultancy services are being provided to companies within the framework of Trabzon Innovation Project
Our innovation consultancy services which we provide to 10 companies operating in various manifacturing sectors in Trabzon is going on within the context of Trabzon Innovation Project implemented by Trabzon Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
In the first stage, the companies’ innovation management performances were analysed and reported by the use of IMP3rove method. In the second stage, the companies are supported to develop their individual innovation visions and strategies which include a road map with short and long term objectives.
